What three things did you do yesterday that you didn’t personally need to do?
A VA can provide a variety of services to restore balance to your work and life:
- Office Support – manage email/U.S. mail/voice mail, make/return calls, send/receive faxes.
- Customer Service – provide information, answer questions, send out marketing packages, etc.
- Concierge Services – shop for gifts, tickets, supplies; locate resources, contractors, equipment, etc.; make family appointments, support personal and household needs.
- Reminder services – meetings, seminars, special birthdays/anniversaries and other occasions.
- Desktop publishing – mailings, newsletters (paper and electronic).
- Calendars and schedule management.
- Arrange and coordinate travel, meetings and events, seminar and workshop registration.
- Light bookkeeping and invoicing, bill payment and checkbook reconciliation.
- Word processing and general business correspondence.
- Research – whatever you need or need to know about.
- Proofreading/editing – proposals, agreements, marketing materials, etc.
- Work with vendors – set up accounts, establish and maintain relationships with them, handle routine purchases.
- Unconditional Support for you and your business.
- If you don’t see it here, just ask! If I don’t know how to do it, I’ll find someone who does!
There’s so much more to Virtual Assistance than clerical work. Collaborating with a VA means that you have a sounding board, someone to brainstorm with, bounce ideas off of and just plain talk to when you need an objective opinion. There’s no need to deal with additional equipment or office space and there are no payroll administration or benefits costs. It’s like having a partner without having to share ownership! I have more than 30 years of experience in office administration plus a large network of resources. Let me put them to work for you!
